Bookings, Cancellations, Rescheduling & Deposits2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from us.2.2 Deposit Requirement: For services valued over [e.g., £100] or lasting longer than [e.g., 3 hours], a non-refundable deposit of [e.g., £30 or 25% of the service cost] is required to secure your appointment slot. We will be happy to transfer your deposit to a new booking date.2.4 Cancellation & No-Shows:

The customer must provide a safe, legal working area for our vehicle and technician, including access to a compliant power and water source if required for the booked service.5. Liability & DisclaimerWe are fully insured with Public Liability insurance. Our technicians will inspect the vehicle for any pre-existing damage upon arrival and may take photographs. We will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or stone chips. We are not liable for any loss of vehicle function, including issues with engines, electronics, or alarms. We will not be held responsible for damage to old, worn, or non-original parts that may become detached during a normal cleaning process.6. Adverse Weather PolicyIn the event of adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or freezing temperatures, we reserve the right to reschedule the service to the next available date to ensure the safety of our technicians and the quality of our work.7. Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Complaints received after 24 hours will be addressed at our discretion.8. Governing LawThese terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
